Send us your A/R aging and denial reports. Within 5 business days, we'll send back a written review of where your revenue is stuck, what we'd fix first, and the rate we'd charge under our published pricing. It's free, and you're under no obligation to switch.
What do you send us?
Summary-level exports from your EHR, PM system or clearinghouse are enough. Send what you can. We'll tell you if anything is missing.
- A/R aging report by payer. Use standard buckets: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120 and 120+ days.
- A denial or rejection summary for the last 3–6 months , grouped by reason or CARC code if your system can export it.
- Monthly collections for the last 6–12 months (totals only).
- Your main payers , or a payer mix report.
- Practice basics: specialty, number of providers, and your EHR/PM system and clearinghouse.
- Any providers still waiting on payer enrollment or credentialing , with the payers involved.
Please don't send patient names, dates of birth, member IDs or claim-level detail at this stage. If a deeper review needs claim-level data or access to your systems, we sign a Business Associate Agreement first.
What do you get back?
A written review covering:
- Your A/R picture: how much sits in each aging bucket, and which payers hold the oldest balances
- Top denial categories and their likely root causes: eligibility, authorization, coding or documentation, enrollment, or timely filing
- Enrollment and credentialing gaps that may be blocking payment
- A prioritized fix list: what to work first, and which balances look recoverable versus at risk of missing filing deadlines
- Your proposed rate under our pricing (2.99%–6% of collections, or $1,000 per month, whichever is higher), plus written quotes for anything billed separately, such as credentialing or old A/R cleanup

What the audit is not
- It isn't a coding compliance audit or legal advice.
- It doesn't promise a specific recovery amount. What's recoverable depends on payer responses, documentation and filing deadlines.
- It doesn't commit you to anything. You can use the findings with your current team or billing company.

Do I have to switch billing companies or software?
No. The review is yours to use however you like. If you do hire us, we work inside your existing EHR or PM system.
Do you need access to our EHR?
Not for the free audit. Summary reports are enough. System access only comes later, after a BAA is signed, if you become a client.
What if our reports are incomplete or messy?
Send what you have. Gaps in reporting are often a finding in themselves, and we'll note them in the review.
How do you use the data we send?
